Trigger Leadership brings together the hard-earned experience of U.S. Special Operations veterans and the real-world challenges faced by today’s teams. Our programs are built around the skills that matter most when conditions are changing and the answers are not obvious: working through ambiguity, making sound decisions under pressure, building resilience, preparing contingencies, and adapting when the plan changes.

We deliver customized leadership development through remote and in-person workshops, team-focused training sessions, and multi-day experiential events designed to challenge participants in realistic, high-pressure environments. Every experience is built to create meaningful opportunities to communicate, solve problems, make decisions, and lead when the path forward is not always clear.

Every organization, team, and mission is different. That is why Trigger Leadership does not rely on one-size-fits-all training. We work directly with each client to design programs around their goals, challenges, culture, and operating environment turning lessons learned in Special Operations into practical leadership tools that can be applied in business, athletics, and beyond.
